MLK Jr “Free at Last” 2020

Today the nation recognizes the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr.MLK Jr is the epitome of what the fight for freedom is! As Veterans, we have traversed the globe to protect it! Freedom is not limited, but something for all to have. From the words in the Bill of Rights “.. nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws” to the words on the Statue of Liberty state, “… “Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she With silent lips. “Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”Here is the full speech from King!
