I am not a strong advocate for Crossfit. I do think it’s a tremendous workout and will trim you down quickly, but it’s NOT for everyone. If you’re an athlete, been very active throughout your life, give it a shot. If you haven’t done much and hoping to quickly lose that spare tire…BEWARE!
